Admissions to Bergen Center for Child Development

STEP 1

Application to Bergen Center is initiated by the local public school‘s Child Study Team and parent/guardian. The Child Study Team will forward, with parent/guardian approval, all evaluations to BCCD.

STEP 2

After reviewing all documents Bergen Center will contact the Child Study Team (CST).

STEP 3

The CST will schedule an intake meeting at BCCD which will include the parent, child and case manager.

STEP 4

Both parent/guardian and Child Study Team must approve and sign the Annual Instructional Guide before the educational program is implemented.
